Berger Avart's Project Manager, Lin Li, P.E., will
meet with the City's Project Manager, to present our field visit data, prepare initial recommendations
and obtain concurrence prior to commencing the project. Upon identifying the tasks needed for this
project, Berger Avart will prepare the staff hour estimate and fee proposal and submit it to the City's
Project Manager. We will submit a CPM project schedule and begin work immediately, once receiving a
Notice to Proceed. Having worked closely with various public agencies in the past, we understand the
importance of providing recommendations for alternative solutions that will save the City time and
expenses.

At the beginning of this project assignment, Berger Avart will collect existing information including: as-
builts, field surveys, aerial mapping, geotechnical data, traffic investigations, and any preliminary
analysis and information that may be required.
