<br />
<br />Our team's project experience revolves around its
<br />philosophy to provide service: The staff has across the
<br />board experience in all expected assignments for this
<br />contract. Cross training and a multiple discipline team
<br />approach to delivering design services and construction
<br />projects has successfully nurtured this philosophy.
<br />
<br />The ACAI Team includes a staff of professionals who
<br />have many of years of experience in their respective
<br />fields. Our in-house team includes registered Architects,
<br />Landscape Architects, Engineers, an Interior Designer,
<br />General Contractors, and LEED Accredited Professionals.
<br />All are professionals with meaningful experience in public
<br />service buildings and are familiar with governmental
<br />agencies quality standards, requirements and facilities.

<br />Following are the Key Team Members that will work with
<br />you in delivering these projects. All individuals are highly
<br />qualified and have extensive experience in governmental
<br />Design and Construction services.
<br />
<br />Adolfo J. Cotilla. AlA. Principal
<br />Adolfo Cotilla, Florida Registered Architect License No.
<br />8011, has over 31 years of diverse experience in the field
<br />of Architecture. As Project Director, Mr. Cotilla oversees
<br />the management of all assignments for which he is
<br />responsible and maintains direct contact with Clients
<br />throughout the project duration.
<br />
<br />GeorQe H. Hohmann. AlA. Senior Proiect Architect
<br />George Hohmann, Florida Registered Architect License
<br />No. 8448, has over 45 years of architectural experience
<br />and has served as Project Manager, Senior Project
<br />Manager and Principal-in-Charge on numerous projects.
<br />His responsibilities have included such areas as
<br />construction administration, design, site plan approvals,
<br />permitting, construction documents and master planning.
<br />In addition, Mr. Hohmann has participated in several
<br />design/build projects for a variety of governmental and
<br />private sector clients.

<br />Donald Wilkin. RA. Proiect ManaQer
<br />Donald Wilkin, Florida Registered Architect License No.
<br />0011619, has over 33 years of diverse experience in the
<br />field of architectural design, including educational,
<br />commercial, medical, recreational, office and industrial
<br />facilities. Mr. Wilkin has been responsible for various
<br />management and technical duties for all architectural
<br />projects, including planning, working drawing production
<br />and design.

<br />Rafael G. Oranday. LEED AP. Assistant Proiect
<br />ManaQer
<br />Rafael Oranday has over 14 years of experience in the
<br />design profession. His experience is diverse and includes
<br />
<br />pre-design, design and post services for public not-for-
<br />profit organizations. Rafael is certified in permitting and is
<br />proficient in South Florida building codes and standards.
<br />
<br />Thomas J. VaQeline. LA. Landscape Architect
<br />Thomas J. Vageline, State of Florida Landscape Architect
<br />No. 000662, has over 31 years of diverse experience in
<br />the field of Landscape Architecture. Mr. Vageline has
<br />been involved in a broad range of land planning projects in
<br />South Florida. Having worked in both the public and
<br />private sectors, Mr. Vageline is widely familiar with client
<br />needs and project requirements and processes. He is
<br />responsible for preparation and processing of landscape
<br />plans; utilizing his knowledge of local, state and federal
<br />regulations. He had direct client contact to obtain project
<br />input and approvals, responsible for completion of projects
<br />on time and within budget.

<br />Charles H. Wilson. CGC. Construction Proiect
<br />ManaQer
<br />Charles H. Wilson, CGC, State of Florida General
<br />Contractor No. 1517786, has over 26 years of experience
<br />in Construction Management and is responsible for ACAI's
<br />Construction Administration Post-Design Services. His
<br />project responsibilities include maintaining documented
<br />records, including meeting minutes, logs for RFls, COs,
<br />shop drawings, submittals, etc., and keeps all parties
<br />abreast of current developments. Charles has extensive
<br />field experience and first-hand knowledge is one of his
<br />greatest assets to ACAI.

<br />Cindy W. Baldwin. CGC.. LEED AP. Principal in CharQe
<br />of Operations
<br />Cindy W. Baldwin, CGC, LEED AP, State of Florida
<br />General Contractor No. 1515626, has over 17 years of
<br />diverse experience in the A/E/C industry. As Director of
<br />Operations, Mrs. Baldwin assumes responsibility for
<br />owner relationships to ensure that the highest level of
<br />satisfaction is achieved through fair and equitable
<br />treatment of all participants while providing leadership and
<br />direction to all functional areas of the organization to
<br />ensure project success.
<br />
<br />As large size firms, ACAI and our Team members have
<br />the available resources to use additional personnel as
<br />needed to ensure the project is delivered in a timely
<br />manner. Although not represented on the organization
<br />chart, these individuals may be used to support as
<br />needed.
