CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH I PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES Ramon G. Perez-Alonso, R.A. I Treasurer Mr. Perez-Alonso is a co-founder of Architeknics, Inc. He is the highest authority in the execution of documents and design of any given project. In addition to these management duties, Mr. Perez-Alonso administers all financial records for the firm. Mr. Perez-Alonso has UBC Training and Certification (SREF) and is a Principal at the firm. He has extensive experience with Educational and Government projects and participates in the production and construction administration for all projects. DESIGN PHILOSOPHY At Architeknics, Inc., we practice architecture and design with an open, inquisitive, and energetic approach. We believe good design is the result of thoughtful analysis and understanding of context, program, business, and community objectives and the expectations of the users who will inhabit the facility. We come to each assignment without preconceived ideas or agendas in order to find solutions that truly reflect the specific context of the community's goals. Our design methodology is simply to create physical environments and buildings that satisfy the budget, schedule, and program as stated by the City of Sunny Isles Beach while functioning today and well into the future of the facility. Direct participation by owners and users are crucial to each project's success. Our firm's thorough Safety Assessments coupled with the client's active participation will establish a focused study of programmatic, structural, and safety needs that will help determine the most desirable design options and promote a greater understanding of the completed project long before the construction begins.
