He <br />is proficient in all aspects of construction documents, <br />preliminary and developmental design and has <br />considerable experience conducting architectural and <br />structural on site inspections. The entire project, from <br />design through construction was completed on time in <br />just 26 months. <br /> <br />MDCPS - Existing Facility ADA Upgrades, Multiple <br />Locations, Miami FL <br />Mr. Lurie is the Project Manager executing facility- <br />wide ADA upgrades at several Miami-Dade County <br />Public Schools. The scope of work includes upgrades <br />to existing group and single user restrooms, doors <br />and access, work sinks and casework, hi-Io drinking <br />fountains, ADA signage, and exterior ADA walkways, <br />ramps, curb access and parking. <br /> <br />Bridgestone/Firestone Auto Centers, Multiple <br />Locations, Southeast U.S. <br />As Project Manager, Mr. Lurie oversees SBLM's <br />operations to provide third party construction oversight <br />and observation services at Bridgestone's Firestone <br />Auto Center locations. The retail service centers, which <br />are typically between 7,000 and 8,000 square-feet in <br />size, incorporate diverse program elements. To ensure <br />that the work is performed to the highest standards <br />of quality and efficiency, Mr. Lurie and the SBLM team <br />work closely with the Owner and Contractor to review <br />the progress of construction at regular intervals. <br /> <br />24 Hour Fitness, Multiple Locations, FL <br />Mr. Lurie was the Project Manager for three 24 Hour <br />Fitness projects across southern Florida. Each fitness <br />club includes amenities such as an NBA size basketball <br />court, 3 lane lap pool, steam, sauna, spa, aerobics <br />studio, spin room, and children's play area. Facilities are <br />typically 50,000-square-feet and average $3 million in <br />construction costs. <br /> <br />TransLoad America, Miami FL <br />Mr. Lurie is the Project Manager for this waste transfer- <br />by-rail project, which consists of a 30,000-square- <br />foot transfer building containing a rail spur, separation, <br />and processing area as well as an office building and <br />gatehouse. <br /> <br />'City of North Miami Beach Utilities Department, <br />Miami Gardens, FL <br />Mr. Lurie served as Project Manager on this major <br />expansion and upgrade to an existing water treatment <br />facility.
