alternatives, remedial design and cost estimate for plume
of chlorinated ethenes emanating from a former
solderless terminal site that had released TCE into the
Biscayne Aquifer. The project is managed by the U.S.
Army Corp of Engineers Rapid Response Program and
Jacksonville District Office for the EP i\. Prepared
remedial design workplan and construction oversight of
a $O.S~I in situ enhanced bioremediation (with
Dehalococcoides ethenogenes bioaugmentation) remedy.
Design, installation and startup of project were
completed in 5-1/2 months from project funding.
Currently providing O\'ersight of final performance
mOl11tonng.

Remediation Technical Manager, Columbus AFB
Site SS-32, Columbus, MS, (08/06 - Present). Co-
de\'eloped winning proposal strategy for PBC-fixed price
remediation of a 400 acre chlorinated ethene plume for
Columbus AFB. Remedy will use emulsified oil
biobarriers \vith an enhanced groundwater gradient
created via groundwater recO\'Cry wells. Progress to date
includes completion of the site Feasibility Study and
ongoing preparations for a tield scale pilot test and
treatability study.

Remediation Engineer, Multiple Sites, Laughlin
AFB, TX, (10/06 - Present). Co-de\'eloped winning
proposal strategy for a PBC-fixed price remediation of a
chlorinated ethane plume using ISCO \vith persulfate.

Team Member, Exit Strategy Development (ESD)
and Remedial Process Optimization (RPO) Team.
Moody AFB, GA and Hurlburt Field, FL, (07/05 -
09/06). t\Iember of ESD/RPO team charged with
e\'aluating clear and realistic remediation goals and exit
strategies for areas of concern on both bases.

Design Engineer, City Chemical University
Boulevard Site, Orlando, FL, (06/02 -12/06).
Designed an in situ enhanced bioremediation
remediation for TCE source area treatment at a former
dnlm storage yard in Winter Park Florida. Design
consists of a closed loop recirculation cell with lactate
injection. Provided constnlction review and operation
startup oversight in Spring 2005.

Design Engineer, Southern Solvents Superfund Site,
Tampa, FL, (10/03 - Present). Developed design for
$300K ISCO pilot tests for a PCE DNAPL source area.

SHAW ENVIRONMENTAL, INC.

Remedy to consist of lance permeation with sodium
permanganate. Project is scheduled for implementation
in Spring 2007.

Program Engineering Manager, FDEP Hazardous
Waste Contract (6/02 -12/06). Provided project
design work, technical direction, and remediation
strategies for multiple site remediations invoking
primarily chlorinated ethene-contaminated sites
throughout Florida. Design strategies are principally
ISEB with lactate injection and ISCO with potassium
permanganate.

Senior Project Engineer, In Situ Steam Injection
Demonstration, Cape Canaveral, FL, (5/00 - 06/01).
Project engineer for construction and operation of an
$800,000 in-situ steam stripping system for TCE
DNAPL remediation at the Launch Complex 34 site.
\Vork was sponsored by the Interagency DNAPL
Consortium (DOE. EP A, N"\SA, llSAF, and DOD)
and \vill be de\'eloped into an [~PA site demonstration.
Prepared design construction drawings for remedial
system layout and construction, The project was
successful at rem(wing 90'Y" of the contamination
(12,000 lbs) within 6 months.

Senior Project Engineer, Launch Complex 34, Cape
Canaveral ISCO Demonstration, FL, (2001). Design
engineer for S I M in situ chemical oxidation (ISCO)
using potassium permanganate for TCE DNAPL
remediation at the Launch Complex 34 site at Cape
Canaveral, Florida. This work \vas sponsored by the
Interagency DNf\PL Consortium (DOE, EPA, N,\SA,
USAF, and DOD) and has been de\'eloped into an EPi\
SITE demonstration. The project successfully removed
approximately 8,000 pounds of TCE in 4 months field
time.

Senior Project Engineer, Feasibility Study, Scovill
Superfund Site, Dickson, TN, (04/02 - 09/03).
Prepared focused feasibility study, cost estimating, and
remedial alternative analysis for an industrial facili~'
impacted with chlorinated ethenes. Site lithology
consists of clay o\'erburden and nibble zone overlying
karst limestone. Evaluated several combinations of
technologies including ISEB, ISCO, electro-resistive
heating, zero-valent iron, and deep soil mixing.
