Yongho has 13 years of experience in the design of \'arious transportation structures including highway bridges, tunnels and railroad bridges for several state and transportation departments. He has participated in the inspection and rated over IOU bridges for the ~Iassachusetts Highway Department (MHD) in \'arious capacities including the role of lead structural engineer in the emergency arch inspection and ratings contract for rdHD. l\mong the analytical tools employed, was the use of NDT (sonic/ultrasonic) methods to determined the extent of deterioration in concrete arches as well as the size and location of reinforcing steel. l\Ir. Y ongho joined Stone & \\'ebster I:ngineering Corporation (Stone & \'\'cbster) in October 1998 as a Lead Structural Engineer in the Elwironmental and Infrastructure Di\'ision. In his current capacity with Stone and \\"ebster, he has written several engineering reports for both t-.IHD and \' ermont Department of Transportation (VDOT) and has taken part in several marketing meetings with both ~IHD and VDOT. He was the Project Engineer in the emergency arch inspection and rating analysis project for the MHD. I-Ie was the re\'iewer for the design of Union Pacific Rail Spur Trestle over Clear Creek and Caney Creek. He prepared the Bridge Type Study report for the Rail Spur over Tehuacana Creek, all part of the Texas Utility's Big Brown Steam Electric Station (S.E.S.) Rail spur project. He prepared the Deck Replacement Project reports for US 5 over 1-91 in Putney and US 5 over I-91 in Hartland, for Vermont Agency of Transportation. UN International, Boston ~Iassachusetts where as Structural Engineer, he was responsible for the redesign of Ramp D-'L-\, a 4 span continuous post-tensioned multi-cell concrete box girder bridge on caissons (part of the Logan i\irport Terminal Roadways at the 1-90 Logan Airport Interchange). I-Ie was also responsible for the preparation of integrated construction shop drawings for the south tower and south back spans of the Charles River Cable Stay Bridge. Before that he was a Design Engineer with f\SEC Corporation, Quincy, t\Iassachusetts where he was the Lead Engineer in se\'eral prestressed concrete bridges for the t\IHD including integral abutment bridges. His responsibilities also included the preparation of construction plans, special prO\'isions and cost estimates. He was the Design Engineer for the cut and cO\'er section of Ramp F, approach Span #3 and a re\'iewer for the design of Ramp D located at the I-90/I-93 interchange. All Part of the Central Artery/Tunnel Project. He was also the Design Engineer for sections CC02"\ and CC03A of the South Boston Piers Transit \\'a\' tunnel. ~ Ir. He has working knowledge of Autocad, and se\'cral years of experience with design software such as: STAAD, GTstudl and Conspan among others.
