<br />I\t the Seaver Valley nuclear power station, ~[r. Youssef
<br />was responsible for the architectural design, coordinated
<br />the engineering of a primary access facility. The facility
<br />is a two-story structure that functions as the personnel
<br />access area and doubles as a training and administration
<br />facility for the plant security personnel. It includes
<br />intrusion detection systems, bullet resistant areas,
<br />computer systems, and alarm systems, personnel
<br />monitoring systems, offices, and mechanical equipment
<br />
<br />areas.

<br />developed conceptual designs of Emergency Operation
<br />Facilities (EOF) for the following Massachusetts Towns:
