Preserving and enhancing the night visibility of the 75-year <br />old Banyan trees was a critical component of this project. Lighting demonstrations were conducted with the public to select the <br />optimal lighting effect for these historic trees. Based on the tenets of New Urbanism, design guidelines were prepared to regulate <br />the building heights, setback, mass, landscape, parking, and overall relationship to Coral Way.
