<br />Nina Gladstone has over 12 years of experience in all project
<br />phases. including management and coordination of all pro -
<br />fessional disciplines from conceptual design though con-
<br />struction, as well as marketing, master planning, feasibility
<br />i studies, programming, interior design and space planning.
<br />Ms. Gladstone serves as a Project Manager for Spillis Can -
<br />dela DMJM. Her experience includes numerous major Florida
<br />and New York projects totaling over 5 million SF. Some of
<br />• the more recent projects have been nationally or regionally
<br />recognized through awards and publications. Ms.
<br />• Gladstone's project management duties have encompassed
<br />programming, architecture and engineering, as well as inte-
<br />rior design/ space planning/ FF &E services.

<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach City Hall & Police Com-
<br />plex, Sunny Isles Beach, FL. Anew eight -story 85,000
<br />SF government complex inclusive of city hall, com-
<br />mission chambers, police facility, and a public library.
<br />A new public waterfront park will also be developed
<br />along the western edge of the city hall complex.
<br />Cape Coral City Hall Complex, Cape Coral, FL.A
<br />86,000 SF, 2 -story civic building masterplanned adja-
<br />cent to the existing facility. The building includes a
<br />250 -seat City Council chamber and auditorium, Mayor's
<br />office, City Clerk, City Attorney and City Manager of-
<br />fices, community development and other related city
<br />functions. The facility also is master planned to in-
<br />clude a 350 -car garage for staff and visitors in a sub -
<br />sequentphase.
<br />Key Biscayne Government Center, Key Biscayne,
<br />FL. A new City Hall; Police Headquarters and public
<br />Parking Garage. The projectwas master planned and
<br />designed as a low scale campus environment open
<br />and accessible to all citizens. The center is located
<br />adjacent to the Village's main public park.
<br />Nassau County Courthouse, Yulee, Florida. As part
<br />of a team with Reynolds Smith & Hills and Smith
<br />McCrary, Spillis Candela DMJM along with Dan L.
<br />Wiley &Associates is working on the design of anew
<br />100,000 SF county courthouse to be the first building
<br />constructed on Nassau County's new Government
<br />Center site.

<br />O Glades County, Courthouse Assessment and
<br />Recommendations, Moore Haven, FL. Study to
<br />identify the need for improvements to its historic
<br />courthouse including, restoration of the historic court-
<br />room, ADA compliance, improved holding facilities,
<br />improved security, air conditioning upgrades, replace-
<br />ment of courtroom fixtures and furniture and improved
<br />records storage for the Clerk of Courts.
<br />O Collier County Courthouse and Parking Garage,
<br />Naples, FL. A 110,000 - 120,000 SF Courthouse
<br />addition providing space for the Court Administra-
<br />tion, Clerk of Courts, Public Defender, StateAttrorney
<br />and the Courts. The project also includes a 900
<br />car garage and addition to the existing energy plant.
<br />O Orange County Correctional Facility, Orlando,
<br />Florida. The Orange County Jail accommodates
<br />approximately 3200 inmates, is currently holding
<br />1,000 inmates overcapacity. Orange County's phas-
<br />ing plan and approaches to delivery will provide rapid
<br />relief in a relatively short term beginning with this
<br />first phase addition.
