Branch circuits shall be arranged using double row construction except <br />when narrow column panels are indicated. Branch circuits shall be <br />numbered by the manufacturer. <br /> <br />4. A nameplate shall be provided listing panel type, number of circuit <br />breakers and ratings. <br /> <br />5. Bus bars for the mains shall be of copper. Full size neutral bars shall be <br />included. Bus bar taps for panels with single pole branches shall be <br />arranged for sequence phasing of the branch circuit devices. Bussing <br />shall be braced throughout to conform to industry standard practice <br />governing short circuit stresses in panelboards. Phase bussing shall be <br />full height without reduction. Cross connectors shall be copper. <br /> <br />6. Neutral bussing shall have a suitable lug for each outgoing feeder <br />requiring a neutral connection. <br /> <br />7. Spaces for future circuit breakers shall be bussed for the maximum <br />device that can be fitted into them. <br /> <br />8. All conduit entrances shall be field punched. <br /> <br />9. Hinged doors covering all circuit breaker handles shall be included in all <br />panel trims. <br /> <br />10. Doors shall have semi-flush type cylinder lock and catch, except that <br />doors over 48-inches in height shall have a vault handle and 3-point <br />catch, complete with lock. All locks shall be keyed alike; directory <br />frame and card having a transparent cover shall be furnished on each <br />door. <br /> <br />11 . The trims shall be fabricated from code gauge sheet steel. <br /> <br />12. All exterior and interior surfaces of the panel board shall be stainless <br />steel. <br /> <br />13. All panel boards shall be NEMA 4X stainless steel. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />Manufacturer <br /> <br />1.
