Town Center that will provide limited <br />commercial, restaurant and retail uses. <br />Miller Legg is providing a variety of <br />design and consulting services which <br />include, but are not limited to: land <br />surveying; planning services (annexation <br />into the City of Cooper City), Land Use <br />Plan Amendment, platting and site <br />planning; environmental services such as <br />wetland determination, wildlife surveying, <br />permitting, mitigation negotiation and <br />construction services; traffic engineering; <br />and civil engineering services including <br />the establishment of a community <br />development district ( "CDD "), <br />earthwork, drainage, water and sewer, <br />road permitting, paving and construction <br />assistance. The survey included static and <br />RTK GPS surveys using RTK for the <br />reconnaissance and recovery of the <br />public land corners. A static control <br />survey was made for the control <br />network tying into and establishing State <br />plane coordinates. <br />Sheridan Shoppes at Muvico <br />Theaters Davie - Redevelopment of <br />the Master Plan for this 42 -acre retail <br />Fernando Cano, El <br />center including the addition of two 500 - <br />seat theaters, and three restaurant <br />outparcels. Services provided included: <br />surveying such as ALTA Title review <br />surveys, topographic surveys and sketch <br />of descriptions, utilities relocation <br />including drainage, and water and sewer <br />design for the parking lot, landscape <br />architecture and irrigation design. <br />
