Bal Harbor Artificial Reef - Miller <br />Legg serves as the independent <br />consultant for Miami -Dade County <br />Department of Environmental Resources <br />Management on the Bal Harbor Artificial <br />Reef Project. Services provided include: <br />committee oversight, scheduling, and <br />artificial reef monitoring. <br />Coral Springs Miscellaneous <br />Environmental Engineering <br />Services - The services provided under <br />this contract include; planning, <br />environmental and landscape <br />architectural designs, site and <br />construction observations, and <br />development reviews. The development <br />review services were provided to assist <br />the City staff in the review of general <br />development issues and to address <br />specific environmental concerns of a <br />proposed development project. In <br />addition, Miller Legg supported the City <br />staff by providing landscape architectural <br />field inspection services to ensure that <br />the landscape requirements were not <br />only addressed in the submitted plans <br />but also in the quality and quantity of <br />material used in the field. These services <br />were provided using a cost recovery <br />process. <br />Mark R. Clark, MS, CEP, CE <br />Red Lichen Sanctuary - A 14 -acre <br />parcel developed for mitigation. Services <br />provided included: mitigation design and <br />permitting with Broward County <br />Department of Environmental <br />Protection. <br />Sheridan House - A 57 -acre site for a <br />community facility campus containing <br />mixed uses of residential, day care and <br />offices. Environmental Services included: <br />wetland delineation, permitting, wetland <br />mitigation design, and protected species <br />review. Surveying services included <br />cross - sections and as- builts of lakes and <br />wetland areas. <br />
