ID. "As- Built" Record Irrigation Drawings: <br />' 1. The IC shall prepare an "As- Built" record drawing on reproducible <br />bases that shall show mainline pipe, controller locations, remote - <br />control valves, quick - coupling valves, and all sprinkler zones. The <br />record drawings shall also indicate and show approved <br />substitutions of size, material, and manufacturer's name and <br />catalog number. Remote - control valves and isolation valves shall <br />' have two (2) measurements from fixed objects. <br />2. The IC shall store "As- Built" record drawings apart from documents <br />' used for construction. <br />3. The IC shall maintain record drawings in a clean, dry, legible <br />' condition. and in good order. Do not use record document for <br />construction purposes. <br />I 4. The IC shall make record documents available at all times for <br />inspection by the Owner or OAR. <br />' 5. The IC shall label each record document "AS- BUILT" in neat, large, <br />printed letters, or by rubber stamp. <br />' 6. The IC shall record information concurrently with construction <br />progress. Do not conceal any work until required information is <br />recorded. <br />' 7. Drawings: The IC shall legibly mark to record actual construction <br />and installation including: <br />' a. Horizontal and vertical locations of underground utilities and <br />appurtenances, referenced to permanent surface <br />improvements. <br />b. Field changes of dimensions and detail. <br />C. Changes made by Field Order or by Change Order. <br />' d. Details not on original Contract Drawings. <br />I 8. Specifications and addenda: The IC shall legibly mark each section <br />to record changes made by Field Order or by Change Order. <br />9.
