As -built record drawings shall be kept updated weekly and shall be <br />reviewed by the Owner or OAR during the course of the work. If <br />during the course of the work, the record documents are found <br />substantially incorrect or substantially behind the progress of the <br />work, the Owner shall have the right to hold progress payments <br />until said documents are brought to an acceptable level of <br />completeness. <br />11. The IC shall accompany submittal of record documents with <br />transmittal letter in duplicate containing: <br />a. Date. <br />b. Project title and number. <br />C. IC's name and address. <br />d. Title and number of each as-built. <br />e. Signature of the IC or his authorized representative. <br />E. Operations and Maintenance Manuals: The IC shall prepare and deliver <br />to the LA within ten (10) calendar days prior to completion of construction <br />a minimum of three (3) hardcover binders with three (3) rings containing <br />the following information: <br />1. Index sheet stating the IC's address and business telephone <br />number, list of equipment with name(s) and address(es) of local <br />manufacturer's representative(s). <br />2. Catalog and parts sheet on every material and equipment installed <br />under this contract. <br />3. Complete operating and maintenance instruction on all major <br />equipment. <br />4. Provide the Owner's maintenance personnel with eight (8) hours of <br />instructions for major equipment and show evidence in writing to <br />the LA at the conclusion of the project that this service has been <br />rendered. <br />02810 -10 05 -5564 <br />
