<br />City Gas - Miami - Project Engineer responsible for the creation of the plan and profile drawings for a
<br />new 6" gas main. Alignment began on LeJeune Road and terminated at the MIA fuel farm.
<br />Coordinated with ongoing MIA Canal Relocation Construction, FDOT, CSX Railroad and MIA.
<br />Miami International Airport Noise Mitigation Study - CWI provided the data manipulation and GIS
<br />mapping for various noise study analyses as a subconsultant on the MIA Acoustical Noise
<br />Analysis.
<br />MDAD TMB Kendall Tamiami Executive Airport - Project Engineer responsible for the design and
<br />plans production for a 10 acre drainage improvement along runway 9L -27R. Project included
<br />paving and grading, striping, and maintenance of traffic design.
<br />Lexus of Kendall, New Car Showroom - This project included the design and construction plans for the
<br />sanitary sewer system, sanitary pump station, water distribution, drainage and permitting.
<br />West Perrine Park - Miami -Dade Parks and Recreation Department - Project Manager responsible
<br />for the coordination, civil design, and plans production for the addition of a new recreation center,
<br />parking lot, and walkways for West Perrine Park. Plans included the drainage report, paving and
<br />grading, site layout, striping, water and sanitary design. Coordinated with MDPW, DERM, and
<br />WASD.
<br />Ives Estates Youth Complex Master Plan - Miami -Dade Parks and Recreation - This project included
<br />the coordination of utility companies for infrastructure improvements to establish a new 84 acre
<br />park and regional offices complex on the closed Ojus landfill. Constructability issues were
<br />coordinated with DERM, FP &L, BellSouth, as well as Musco Lightning. The final site will have
<br />three lighted parking lots, four lighted soccer fields, five lighted ball fields as well as a large
<br />recreation center and a maintenance facility.
<br />Ives Estates Youth Complex Phase I - Miami -Dade Parks and Recreation - Development and design
<br />of construction documents for Phase I of Ives Estates Youth Complex. Project included a lighted
<br />parking lot, a lighted soccer field, two lighted ball fields, a recreation center and a maintenance
<br />building, water, sanitary lift station, electrical and communication infrastructure. Permitting and
<br />coordination with Solid Waste, DERM, and FDEP due to site conditions. (Closed Ojus Landfill)
<br />Fort Lauderdale - Hollywood International Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting Facility - This project
<br />included design and preparation of construction plans for a new fire station to be built at midfield.
<br />This project includes the civil engineering design for the airside apron and parking facility for the
<br />employees, sanitary sewer, sanitary pump station, force main, water distribution and drainage.
<br />NW Building Remodel - Designed Water and Sewer lines for a GSA housing building. This project also
<br />included new fire hydrants, fire lines, and a large septic tank with multi pump drain field system.
<br />South Florida Water Management District - General Engineering Consultant - This General Contract
<br />includes engineering services for projects in 11 counties, general civil, environmental, canal bank
<br />stabilization, Master Planning, structural and various other services.
<br />Broward County Port Authority at Port Everglades. CWI provided roadway and sanitary systems
<br />assessment for the Broward County Port Authority at Port Everglades as part of the Bond
<br />Engineer's annual review. This annual project scope included data collection, a matrix analysis
<br />of conditions, cost estimates and prioritizing of rehabilitation needs.
<br />Opa Locka Train Station Expansion for Tri- County Commuter Rail Authority, Dade County -
<br />This Project is an expansion to the existing Tri-Rail Station. The project includes design and plans
<br />production for the station platform, parking lot paving, signing and marking, and water service.
<br />Aventura Hospital - Off -Site Parking Lot -
<br />Designed and supervised the preparation of construction plans for this project which included a 1.6
<br />acre parking lot, substantial tree relocation and protection and a storm water drainage system
<br />including catch basins and drainage wells. Coordinated the lighting and landscape plans.
