He has prepared plans to FDOT, Miami -Dade, WASD, DERM, Broward and Orange County standards. Some of his individual project experience includes: SW 184 Street 24 -inch Force Main - Miami -Dade Water and Sewer - This project included the design of one -mile of a 24 -inch sanitary force main to be constructed as part of SW 184`h Street MDPW Roadway Improvement project. The project Design included documentation of existing utilities, re- design of the previous plans accommodate the roadway design and new drainage structures. CWI was a subconsultant to LPA for this project. Bermuda Village - Coral Gables, FL - This project included the paving, grading, drainage, water and sewer design for a 30 -unit residential development. The project included 1400 If of 6" sanitary force main, 6801f of 8' water main and gravity sewer. Biscayne 36" Force Main, WASD - Project Manager responsible for the coordination, design, scheduling, and production of the existing utilities base CAD file and maintenance of traffic plans for approximately 3 miles of 36" diameter force main. Responsibilities included construction phasing of force main across three FDOT right -of -ways and through three signalized intersections. Sunny Isles 48" Force Main, WASD- Project Manager responsible for the development, coordination, design, and production of the existing utilities base CAD file, and maintenance of traffic plans for approximately 1 mile of 48" diameter force main along Sunny Isle Boulevard from the Intracoastal Waterway to US -1. Project included coordination with FDOT and DERM. Lexus of Kendall - Project Manager responsible for civil site plans for new Toyota Lexus Sales Offices and parking garage. Construction documents included new concrete paving, canal bank restoration, water and sewer, retro - fitting new sanitary lift station, as well as coordinating permitting through DERM, WASD, FDOT, SFWMD, and Village of Pinecrest. Canal Relocation and Utility Modifications, Miami International Airport - Senior Design Engineer responsible for the coordination, design and preparation of construction documents for the relocation of 600 LF of the Outfall 2 Canal, as well as the extension of existing box culverts and pipe arches to accommodate the relocation of CSX Railroad Tracks.
