E&R <br />has been highly successful in accomplishing the <br />work the client needs by providing a one-to-one <br />relationship. We designate a project manager, one <br />with whom the client feels comfortable, who may be <br />one of our principals, or a senior project manager, <br />and who is personally responsible for delivering to <br />the client a complete and satisfactory work product. <br /> <br />Once a project has been assigned, the E&R <br />Project Manager will review the project scope <br />and schedule with the City Staff and will assign <br />the project to a Design Team.
