McMahon Associates, Inc. provided Data Collection, Project Traffic Forecasting,
Preliminary Traffic Projections, Trip Generation Analysis, Trip Distribution and Assignment,
Traffic Analysis/FDOT Access Management, FDOT V AC Permits for SR-7/Sunrise Boulevard
Project Coordination and Deliverables.

SR-5/US-1 Milling & Resurfacing, FOOT District Four, Indian River County, FL
Roadway improvements on SR 5/US 1 from 33rd Street to north of County Road 510 in Indian
River County, approximately seven (7) and one-half miles in length. Community Awareness
and Access Management Plans were prepared. The design phase included the milling and
restoration of the existing pavement, widening, and curb and gutter installation to meet current
standards. Stormwater Design and Permitting was critical for this project. This project also
included signing and pavement marking design and plan preparation, stormwater design and
permitting, signalization analysis and design, lighting analysis and design, and landscaping.

SR-80 Corridor Downtown Redevelopment Impact StudYI City of Fort Myers, Lee County, FL
Due to the extensive planned redevelopment in the downtown Fort Myers area, the City DRA
requested that McMahon perform a transportation impact analysis to determine future
roadway improvement needs for a two-mile section of SR-80. The project impact behind the
redevelopment was a plan created by Duany Plater - Zyberk & Company. The basis of that
plan was for a new urbanist approach to creating a downtown core with a mixture of residential
and commercial uses with higher intensities, due to the concept of shared uses. This project
included forecasting the future trips based on the redevelopment plan, assigning the new trips
to the roadway network, and conducting an impact analysis for eight (8) cross-sectional
alternatives. The alternatives included converting the existing SR-80 one-way pair to two-way
roadways and the possible realignment of SR-80 away from the riverfront area.

Districtwide Traffic Operations & Safety Contract, FOOT District Six, Miami, FL
This project requires Safety Studies, Qualitative Assessments, Signal Warrant Analysis,
Intersection Analysis, Arterial Analysis, Left-turn Phase Warrant Analysis, Supplemental Tasks
and Fatal Crash Reviews. The Safety Study project requires the analysis of a segment of
highway between one-half and one mile in length. The work associated with the arterial safety
review involves plotting data, performing specific analysis utilizing specific software, including
operational modeling of traffic demand, and developing several alternatives to solve each
problem. The work also involves operational characteristics of intersections and/or segments of
arterials. The McMahon Associates, Inc. Team is conducting field reviews, collecting data,
observations of the operation, assembling crash data, performing engineering analysis and
associated benefit/cost analyses of various alternatives.

<!M:M~,!iQ~

Page 2 of4
