<br />The requirements of this contract perfectly match with A&P experience and capabilities. We
<br />understand this contract is to provide Survey, Geotechnical, Environmental, Landscape Architecture
<br />and Engineering Services in various professional specialties on an "AS-NEEDED BASIS", to perform
<br />services which may include engineering, landscape architecture, electrical engineering, traffic
<br />engineering, construction engineering, construction management and project management. Our firm
<br />is perfectly suited for this kind of assignments. We are a local mid-size company and are capable of
<br />handling several assignments at the same time, while providing a quick response on any task.
<br />
<br />We have had several contracts in the past were we had to produce a complete set of construction
<br />plans in less than a month. We have been able to do this without compromising the quality of the final
<br />product. On emergency situations we can even do better than this. We just completed in a record
<br />time the construction plans for the City of Miami Beach for the relocation of an 8-inch water main on
<br />Indian Creek from 63rd Street to 65th Street (total length of 1100' If). The existing pipe was broken
<br />during the demolition of the flyover on Indian Creek at 63rd Street and the City gave us the
<br />assignment of completing the construction plans for this work in one weekend. We were able to meet
<br />their request and the water main was reconstructed within two weeks.

<br />FIRM CAPABILITIES: We have an accomplished team of Urban Designers, Construction Managers,
<br />Water Resources En ineers, Environmental and Electrical Engineers with a multitude of experience
<br />in several of the professional specialties that will be needed for this
<br />contract. The following is a brief outline of design experience as well as
<br />specific approach to accommodating the needs of this contract.

<br />Transportation / Transit / Civil Enqineer - Streetscape improvements must
<br />be aesthetically appealing while meeting design criteria for safety and
<br />function. Our experience in roadway design include major highways for
<br />FDOT as well as milling, resurfacing, traffic calming, creation of on street
<br />parking, intersection improvements, alignment studies, sidewalks and ADA
<br />compliance for local roadways within urban settings of municipalities. We
<br />also have experience in transit projects. We are currently involved in the
<br />design of the Metrorail new line from NW 2yth Avenue to the Miami
<br />Intermodal Center in the vicinity of the Miami International Airport. Our involvement includes the
<br />design of the system of roads to provide access to the proposed Rental Car Facility as well as to the
<br />MIC Station.
