<br />Surveying; Possible Geotechnical Exploration; Boundary and Topographical Surveying; Utility Location and <br />Planning; Environmental Considerations; Usage Flow Issues and Accessibility; Landscape Architecture; <br />General Design Work; and possible preparation of Complete Construction Contract Plans and Special <br />Provisions for the assigned Projects. The City contemplates the firm team including (but not limited to) the <br />minimum following disciplines: Engineers; Planners; Architects; and Landscape Architects. The intent is to <br />have the consultants provide a viable holistic approach to the design process.
