Description Of Efforts To Ensure That SBs, Service Disabled Veteran Businesses, Woman-Owned Businesses, Hubzone Businesses, And SDBs Have An Equitable Opportunity To Participate In The Acquisition The contractor agrees to use its best efforts to give targeted business the maximum practical opportunity to participate in subcontract awards to the fullest extent consistent with the efficient performance of this contract plan. The contractor shall assist small business and small disadvantaged concerns by arranging solicitations, time for the preparation of bids, quantities, specifications, and delivery schedules so as to facilitate the participation by such concerns. Payment schedules shall be adjusted to allow for participation of all firms with cash flow concerns. Materials, Supplies, Equipment and Services shall be identified and discussed with these concerns.
