Make sure that you are aware of anything in the public right-of-way that is in the City's jurisdiction that you remove as a stump, less than 24-inches will be based on a cubic yardage rate which there is a conversion table (it incorrectly says page 45 but it is on page 44), that any stumps that private property owners bri~g to the curb are eligible on a per cubic yard basis. They are on a conversion chart rate to a cubic yard, so only the stumps that are the responsibility ofthe City directly will be eligible on the 24-inch and up scale that you are bidding on in this proposal. The 70-hours time and material is not individual man hours, it is how many people you can throw on the project for so many hours per day for a total of70 hours, and so the more people you throw at the project the faster in the beginning for clearing, the better. It depends on a couple of things since there is no temporary site available.
