<br />SECTION 35 <br />QUALITY CONTROL <br />UNFAVORABLE CONSTUCTION CONDITIONS <br /> <br />During unfavorable weather, wet ground, or other unsuitable construction conditions, the Contractor shall <br />confine his operations to Work which will not be affected adversely thereby.
