Ortiz ~ President competitive advantage in the execution of the project. Pios and Sons has a wide breadth of construction-related experience. It will be brining to the table the expertise of SITE Design Group that includes the expertise in Landscape Architecture, Planning, Urban Design, Parks & Recreation Planning and Design. We bring to the City of Sunny Isles an experienced and knowledge-based company to complete the proposed project in an economical, environmentally sensitive, and uniquely functional, creative manner. Hector M. Ortiz, president of Pios and Sons Enterprises, Inc. has 100 percent financial interest in the company. As of June 2009, revenues for Pios and Sons were $1,263,444. Currently, Pi os and Sons is bonded by an A-rated bonding company and qualifies for single bonds of approximately $1 million and an aggregate program of approximately $3 million. We hereby declare that we exceed the minimum insurance requirements and have the financial wherewithal to accept a project of the magnitude of the one proposed herein. Pios and Sons has the staff as well as the necessary equipment to complete the proposed project and to execute the terms set forth in the Agreement of the contract. Pios & Sons Enterprises, Inc. is not only currently a registered contractor with the City of Sunny Isles Beach, but is corporate offices are located within the city as well. All applicable documentation including proof of insurances, business tax receipts, and copies of licensure are on file with the City of Sunny Isles Beach Building Department and can be forwarded to the Public Works Department upon request. Copies of requested documentation have been provided in this proposal package. This Letter of Intent binds Pios and Sons Enterprises, Inc. to the provisions set forth in the RFP NO. 09- 11-01, and shall remain in effect for a period of no less than 90 days. We also affirm that the prices contained in the submitted RFP Documents shall remain in effect for 90 days from the day of submittal.
