Ede1cup) <br /> <br />(First Reading 12/18/03) <br /> <br />Action: City Clerk Hines read the title, and Mayor Edelcup reported. <br /> <br />Public Speakers: Henry Kay; Joseph Milton <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Goodman asked if there were any rules for time element as to how long Sales <br />Trailers can be on a site from starting point to ending point. Planning and Zoning <br />Administrator Vera stated that there are several conditions in an ordinance, first that the <br />Sales Office shall be removed if the Site Plan approval for the main real estate <br />development project is not granted within one year from the date of the Building Permit <br />for the Sales Office is issued, and then it runs with the Building Permit as they start <br />construction they can keep selling. Commissioner Iglesias said that once a building goes <br />up and they still have an apartment left to sell, as a general rule, trailers go away because it <br />is not a pretty sight and they want to show off their building, and as soon as a developer <br />can, he does away with the trailer. Mr. Vera noted that the sales trailer will have to come <br />back before the Commission for Site Plan approval. <br /> <br />Commissioner Iglesias moved and Commissioner Thaler seconded a motion to adopt the <br />ordinance.
