The area consists of multi- <br />family structures with significant retail/commercial <br />components, portions of which are within historically <br />designated areas. This neighbourhood is located in the heart <br />of South Miami Beach and includes much of the National <br />Register Architectural District. The total area of the project is <br />25 Acres. Project consisted of improving the water main and <br />drainage in the Lummus Neighbourhood. The proposed <br />improvements include new catch basins, new collection <br />system and 16 gravity wells. Storm water pipe upsizing and <br />new drainage structures were incorporated to the drainage <br />improvements.
