(APCTE) - Drainage Task Manager <br />Mr. Ferrero is a Senior Project Engineer with more than 23 years of engineering experience in drainage design, <br />irrigation, drainage canals, earth dams, pumping stations and river hydraulics. He has extensive experience in <br />computer modeling of stormwater systems. Relevant project experience includes: Nautilus Neighborhood Project, MIC <br />Drainage Master Plan, Washington Avenue Drainage Improvements and Lummus Neighborhood. <br /> <br />Eithel Sierra, P.E. (APCTE) - Roadway Task Manager. <br />Mr. Sierra, Task Leader for Signing and Marking Design, has over 15 years experience in the design of highway and <br />infrastructure facilities. He is highly experienced and is currently working as Senior Project Manager in urban and rural <br />new construction, total reconstruction and resurfacing, restoration, and rehabilitation projects. Mr. Sierra is certified <br />by the state of Florida to design Maintenance ofTraffic (MOT) Plans. <br /> <br />Alex Vi, P.E. (APCTE) - Signing and Pavement Markings Task Manager. <br />Mr. Vi, Task Leader for Roadway Design has over 13 years of experience on roadway design. He is a Civil Engineer and <br />a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Florida. Mr. Vi's professional experience in the fields of Design and <br />Management of all types of Rural and Urban Roadways makes him a perfect fit for this task. Within his first seven <br />years, four were spent as a Professional Engineer Trainee, and two as a Project Engineer at FOOT District VI Internal <br />Design Office. As a Roadway Task Manager, Mr. Vi will be in charge of the preparation of all components of a <br />complete Contract Plans Set. These components include: Roadway, Maintenance of Traffic, Cost Estimates and <br />preparation of Technical Specifications. Mr. Vi is certified by the state of Florida to design Maintenance of Traffic <br />(MOT) Plans. <br /> <br />Erik Sibila, E.!., M.S.C.E., C.G.C. (APCTE) - Drainage Design. <br />Mr. Sibila has over 5 years of experience in major civil engineering projects as Project Engineer, and has already <br />completed his M.S. Civil Engineering Degree. He has worked on design and production of drainage projects, including <br />storm water modeling, master planning, and permitting. He is experienced in field work, design and drafting of cross <br />sections, revision of shop drawings, and responding to Requests for Information (RFI's). He is also certified by the state <br />of Florida to design Maintenance ofTraffic (MOT) Plans. <br /> <br />Oracio Riccobono, P.E. (Geosol) - Geotechnical Engineer <br />Mr. Riccobono has extensive experience in the area of soil exploration and has worked on several projects on this <br />capacity for APCTE. <br /> <br />Eddie Suarez, P.L.S. (Hadonne) - Surveyor and Mapper, Subsurface Utility Engineer <br />Mr. Suarez began surveying in 1985. He became a Professional Surveyor and Mapper in 2001. In his 25 years of <br />experience, he has performed a variety of surveying services for the private sector, municipalities and for the State of <br />Florida. His experience includes: Boundary, Topographic, Right-of-Ways, As-builts, and Geodetic Surveys.
