We will skip straight through the "learning <br />curve" and complete all tasks in strict adherence to the City's schedule. <br /> <br />The chart on this page shows our availability for the next 2 years for the personnel assigned to the 174th Street <br />Drainage Improvement Projects. The staff time available was obtained by deducting previous project commitments <br />from staff total time. The availability on this chart shows that we have 22,000 man-hours available for this project: <br />More than what will be needed to complete this assignment. <br />Our Team's organizational chart also depicts the key staff <br />personnel table where we show percentage of availability for <br />each staff member for the next two years, and is found at the <br />end of this section. The personnel listed in the organizational 14000 <br />chart include key representatives of all the companies that 12000 <br />have joined us for this solicitation, as well as an additional 10000 <br />pool of available staff to be employed as needed. APCTE will <br />take the role of lead consultant and consequently will be <br />ultimately responsible for the execution of this contract. <br />Among the Team members assigned to this project, 13 are <br />registered professional engineers with extensive experience <br />working on multiple Roadway and Drainage Improvement <br />projects. This can be achieved <br />through an experienced Project Manager that is supported by an independent Quality <br />Assurance/Quality Control Engineer, and by the assignment of senior staff capable of effectively <br />planning, communicating, supervising and providing technical direction. <br /> <br />For this project, the Quality Control Engineer will be Mr. Carlos Gil-Mera, P.E., c.G.c. (APCTE), who <br />is a Professional Engineer with over 24 years of experience working in the production of roadway <br />plans.
