As Project Manager, was responsible for preparing <br />the Water and Sewer Improvement Program. This project included <br />coordination with MD-WASD and all utility companies present in <br />the area in order to design a master water and sewer system which <br />included the design of a new regional lift station (PS 101), a grav- <br />ity sewer system, 12" force main and 24" water main that will pro- <br />vide services to the future Rental Car Facility and a 30" steel casing <br />installed by microtunneling under the CSX RR. <br /> <br />SR-826/SR 836 Interchange, Section 5 , Miami-Dade County, <br />FL. <br />Client: FDOT District VI (AIi Toghiani, P.E. 3054705343) <br />As Project Manager, responsible for the design of the proposed <br />drainage system for the entire interchange. This project includes <br />more than 600 drainage structures that will serve one of the biggest <br />and most important interchanges in Miami-Dade County. Mr Al- <br />fonso also assisted in providing consultation services to the FDOT <br />during the planning and design of the proposed drainage systems. <br /> <br />\ <br />, <br /> <br />Washington Avenue Improvements Phases II, IV & V - Miami- <br />Dade County, Florida <br />Client: City of Miami Beach (Charles Carreno, P.E. 305673- <br />7000) <br />Project Manager responsible for this project consisting of prepara- <br />tion of construction documents (plans and specifications) for the <br />following improvements: milling & resurfacing, new gravity drainage <br />wells, sanitary sewer capacity improvements which consist of <br />pipe/manhole up-sizing. The proposed improvements include new <br />catch basins, new collection system and 28 gravity wells that will <br />work in addition to the existing system with several interconnects <br />that will maximize treatment and flood attenuation. Also responsi- <br />ble for the office administration construction progress activities re- <br />lated to the construction of this right-of-way improvement project. <br /> <br />Prairie Avenue - Dade Boulevard to W 23rd Street Drainage, <br />City of Miami Beach, FL <br />Client: City of Miami Beach (Jose A. Perez, P.E, 3056737080) <br /> <br />Project Manager responsible for project consisting drainage analy- <br />sis of a segment of Prairie Avenue, from Dade Blvd to W 23rd St, <br />adjacent of Miami Beach Senior High School. The project area is <br />located within Basin 76 of the City of Miami Beach. The proposed <br />improvements included a pump station system with injection wells <br />and a new collection system. The total drainage area encompasses <br />9.05 Ac. <br /> <br />Miami Lakeway North Resurfacing and Drainage Improve- <br />ments Project, Miami Lakes, FL <br />Client: Town of Miami Lakes (Heather Spencer, P.E. - Kimley- <br />Horn and Associates, 954 535-5100) <br />Designer of record for this Design-Build Project. The Miami Lake- <br />way North and NW 153rd Street project consists of approximately <br />1.00 mile of corridor improvements including milling and resurfac- <br />ing, construction of new curb and gutter and sidewalk, and the in- <br />stallation of a new drainage system, including a new outfall pipe <br />discharging into the Biscayne Canal (C-8). <br /> <br />Miami International Airport, Miami-Dade County, FL. <br />Client: M-D WASD (Nancy Pantoja, P.E. 3058767489) <br />As Project Engineer, was responsible for: preparing Dewatering <br />Master Plan Permit Extensions; providing technical assistance in <br />sanitary and storm sewers projects, studies and reports; serving <br />as civil engineering plan reviewer of new projects at MIA; and con- <br />ducting annual pavement inspections. <br /> <br />Water and Sewer Improvements for Perrine Cutler Ridge, <br />Miami-Dade County, FL <br />Client: M-D WASD (Reynaldo Abreu 786 552 8161) <br />As Project Manager, Mr. Alfonso was responsible for design of <br />14,000 LF of 12-in WM, 2,700 LF of 16-in WM. Project consists of <br />three Basins one where Pump Station 751 is being replaced, the <br />second where a new pump station will be created, and third, Pump <br />Station 531 will be upgraded.
