<br />Mr. Sibila has over 5 years of experience in major civil engineering projects as Project
<br />Engineer and General Contractor. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in 2008
<br />with Summa Cum Laude and class Valedictorian honors, and is working on a Master of
<br />Science in Civil Engineering Degree. He has worked on the production sets of con-
<br />struction plans for drainage, water mains, gravity sewer and force mains, and assisted
<br />in the estimating and permitting processes. Within the past 4 years, Mr. Sibila has worked
<br />on projects for Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department, Florida Department of Trans-
<br />portation, City of Miami, City of Miami Beach, City of Hialeah, City of Miami Springs, City

<br />south end of the 41 st Street right-of-way, and from Biscayne Bay east to the Indian Creek
<br />waterway, inclusive of the Orchard Park sub-neighborhood. Major institutional uses in-
<br />clude Mont Sinai Medical Center, Miami Heart Institute, Nautilus Middle School, and
<br />North Miami Beach Elementary School. The improvements to the stormwater system in-
<br />clude the three priority drainage basins (92, 97 & 99) identified by City of Miami Beach
<br />Stormwater Management.

<br />Project consisted of improving the water main and drainage in the Lummus Neighbor-
<br />hood, for 7th and 8th Street; the removal and replacement of existing curb & gutter and
<br />sidewalk between 11th St. and 16th St.; stormwater pipe upsizing and drainage; milling &
<br />resurfacing; signing and pavement marking; street lighting and aesthetic enhancement
<br />(plating of Coconut Palms in sidewalk). All improvements were ADA and MOT compliant.
