The project consists of the installation of approx- <br />imately 15,800 LF of 36" Water Transmission main that will provide <br />water main service to the cities of Hialeah Gardens and Medley. <br />Ms. Baron took part in the pavement restoration design as well as <br />the preparation of quantities and pay items. <br /> <br />PROPOSED WATER MAIN RELOCATIONS ALONG NW 57TH <br />AVENUE, FROM NW 49TH STREET TO NW 74TH PLACE. <br />Client: City of Hialeah, FOOT FPID No.: 249941-1-32-03. The <br />Florida Department of Transportation (FOOT) is currently perform- <br />ing roadway expansions along NW 57th Avenue within the City of <br />Hialeah requiring the relocation of existing water main crossings <br />along intersections. Ms. Baron was responsible for the water main <br />design and relocation at the conflicting locations. <br /> <br />PROPOSED 12" AND 24" FORCE MAINS ALONG SR-5 (N. <br />ROOSEVELT BLVD.) FROM GEORGIA ST TO KENNEDY DR., <br />MONROECOUNT~FLO~DA <br />Client: Florida Keys Aqueduct - FOOT FPID No.: 250548-3-56-01 <br />The project consists of the Installation of approximately 630 LF of <br /> <br />12" Force Main from north of MacMillan Dr. to Seventh Street in <br />place of an existing 6" Force Main; Installation of approximately <br />8450 LF of 24" C-905 Force Main from Georgia St. to Kennedy Dr. <br />This line will replace an existing 16" Force Main; replacing the ex- <br />isting 16" force main crossing Salt Run Canal by a 24" steel pipe <br />attached to the existing bridge. Angela assisted in the development <br />of the 24" Force Main bridge installation details while coordinating <br />with the structural engineer. <br /> <br />Chen and Associates, Civil and Environmental Engineers - Au- <br />gust 2006 - December 2009 <br /> <br />SOUTH POINTE - ROW IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (PHASES <br />III, IV AND V), CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA <br />Client: City of Miami Beach (Carla Dixon, Project Manager (305) <br />673-7071), The project encompasses approximately 19,000 LF of <br />ROW infrastructure improvements including roadway plans, <br />streetscape enhancements, water main replacements, drainage <br />improvements, landscaping and lighting improvements, and road- <br />way reconstruction. Due to the existing mixed residential and com- <br />mercial environment of this neighborhood, special design efforts <br />were made to incorporate a walkable community elements meet- <br />ing all ADA requirements. Ms. Baron assisted in the plans prepa- <br />ration and engineering design of roadways, signing and pavement <br />Markings, Paving, and drainage. She also prepared cost esti- <br />mates/quantity take-offs as well as reviewed construction technical <br />specifications. <br /> <br /> <br />CIVIL ENGINEERING SERVICES TO DESIGN STREET AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS . <br />
