Scope also included coordi- nation with roadway designers, all utility companies within the corridor, obtaining all re- lated permits (Monroe County Fire Department Health Department and DEP), and developing technical special provisions. This project was part of Joint Participation Agreement (JPA) between the Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority and FDOT. The existing water main needed to be relocated due to bridge widening. Scope also included the preparation of Technical Special Provi- sions, design analysis, coordination with structural and roadway designers, preparing CIVIL ENGINEERING SERVICES TO DESIGN STREET AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS .
