Reference: Ali Toghiani, P.E.; # (305) 470-5547; Length: 2.95 <br />miles; Project Duration: 4/2009 to 3/2011.The scope of this project was to design Util- <br />ity Work by Highway Contractor Agreement Plans of 27,348 LF of 18" PVC/Ductile Iron <br />water transmission main and 16", 12" and 8" PVClDuctile Iron water distribution mains <br />along the project corridor, including stub-out at each side street intersection, new fire hy- <br />drants, fire lines in full compliance of the latest Fire Department Codes, and relocation <br />of water meters and backflow preventer to the new main. Scope also included coordi- <br />nation with roadway designers, all utility companies within the corridor, obtaining all re- <br />lated permits (Monroe County Fire Department Health Department and DEP), and <br />developing technical special provisions. Reference: Adriana Manzanares, P.E.; # (305) 470-5283; <br />Length: 1.63 miles; Project Duration: 8/2009 to 6/2010. scope of this project was to de- <br />sign Utility Work by Highway Contractor Agreement Plans for a proposed 12" water dis- <br />tribution main aerial canal crossing relocation across the South Florida Water <br />Management District C-1 03 Canal. The existing water main needed to be relocated due <br />to bridge widening. Scope also included the preparation of Technical Special Provi- <br />sions, design analysis, coordination with structural and roadway designers, preparing <br /> <br />CIVIL ENGINEERING SERVICES TO DESIGN STREET AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS . <br />
