The <br />scope of this project was to design Utility Work by Highway Con- <br />tractor Agreement Plans of 8,000 LF of 24-inch Ductile Iron Water <br />Main along the project corridor, including 16-inch, 12-inch and 8- <br />inch Ductile Iron Pipe stub-out at each side street intersection, new <br />fire hydrants, fire lines in full compliance of the latest Fire Depart- <br />ment Codes, and relocation of water meters and backflow preven- <br />ter to the new main. Scope also included coordination with all utility <br />companies within the corridor, obtaining all related permits (City of <br />Miami Public Works Dept., Health Department and DERM) and de- <br />veloping technical special provisions. Reference: Ali Toghiani, PE.; # (305) 470- <br />5547; Length: 0.3 miles; Project Duration: 4/2003 to 6/2004. The <br />scope of this project was to design Utility Work by Highway Con- <br />tractor Agreement Plans for the relocation of 985 LF 30-inch Duc- <br />tile Iron Water Main, including 160 LF of a subaqueous canal <br />crossing along the Coral Gables Canal. Scope also includes coor- <br />dination with all utility companies within the corridor, obtaining all re- <br />lated permits (Health Department and DERM), and developing <br />technical special provisions. Reference: Chris Tavella, P.E.; # (305) <br />470-5551; Length: 5,139 L,F.; Project Duration: 5/2008 to 8/2009. <br />The scope of this project was to design Utility Work by Highway <br />Contractor Agreement Plans for a proposed 16" Ductile Iron Water <br />Main inside a 30" Steel Casing that needs to be extended along <br />NW 25th Street, crossing the new and future CSX Railroad Tracks. <br />The project includes the installation of approximately 240 LF of 16" <br />Ductile Iron Water Main, Installation of approximately 215 LF of 30" <br />Steel Casing, Installation of 1 Fire Hydrant, Reconnecting the pro- <br />posed 16" water main to the existing water mains, Removal and <br />disposal of existing 16" D.I. Water Main, 30" Steel Casing, and 1 <br />Fire Hydrant. <br /> <br />PROPOSED 16" WATER MAIN ALONG NW 138TH STREET <br />FROM NW 57TH AVENUE TO NW 67TH AVENUE <br />Client: FOOT District 6. Reference: Chris Tavella, P.E.; # (305) 470- <br />5551; Length: 5,139 L.F.; Project Duration: 5/2008 to 8/2009. <br />scope of this project was to design Utility Work by Highway Con- <br />tractor Agreement Plans for a proposed 16" Water Transmission <br />Line along NW 138th Street, from NW 57th Avenue to NW 67th Av- <br />enue. The project includes: Installation of approximately 6600 LF <br />of 16" Water Transmission Main; Installation of 20 Fire Hydrants; <br />Reconnecting the proposed 16" water main to the existing water <br />mains; Removal and disposal of existing 16" Asbestos pipe. <br /> <br /> <br />CIVIL ENGINEERING SERVICES TO DESIGN STREIT AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS . <br />
