<br />Mrs. Guon has more than 9 years of experience working as a Transportation Engineer
<br />in conjunction with the Florida Department of Transportation and local agencies. As a
<br />Project Engineer, Mrs. Guon has worked on a number of projects including RRR and
<br />Roadway Reconstruction projects. Within these projects, Mrs. Guon has conducted
<br />Design and Draft Roadway Plans, Signing and Pavement Marking Plans, and Signal-
<br />ization Plans using CADD system and Geopak software. Created and reviewed typical
