Engineer of Record 1 Project Manager for the design and preparation of Contract Plans and Specifications of the FOOT LAP funded project for the extension of the Miami River Greenway from SW 1st Court to South Miami Avenue. Scope of Work was based on the City of Miami River Master Plan and included milling, resurfacing, decorative sidewalk reconstruction, decorative lighting, new drainage, amenities, signing, pavement marking and landscaping. Project also involved the preparation of the Technical Memorandum, utility coordination, preparing cost estimates, obtaining all permits including DERM, Miami-Dade County Public Works, FOOT, and coordination with Miami Dade Transit to obtain a Maintenance Agreement for the construction of the new sidewalk under the existing M-Path and with FPL to upgrade the existing lighting system.
