PAGE 1/2 <br /> <br />Signing adn Pavement Marking <br /> <br />Mr. Sierra graduated (Magna Cum Laude) from Florida International University with a <br />Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering in 1995, He is member of the American Society <br />of Civil Engineers (ASCE). He has over 16 years experience in the design of highway <br />and infrastructure facilities. He dedicated his first three years providing Microstation, <br />GEOPAK, CAICE, and Plans Preparation technical support to Florida, Illinois, and <br />Mississippi Department's of Transportations. Engineer of Record 1 Project Manager for <br />the design and preparation of Contract Plans and Specifications of the FOOT LAP <br />funded project for the extension of the Miami River Greenway from SW 1st Court to <br />South Miami Avenue. Scope of Work was based on the City of Miami River Master Plan <br />and included milling, resurfacing, decorative sidewalk reconstruction, decorative lighting, <br />new drainage, amenities, signing, pavement marking and landscaping. Project also <br />involved the preparation of the Technical Memorandum, utility coordination, preparing <br />cost estimates, obtaining all permits including DERM, Miami-Dade County Public Works, <br />FOOT, and coordination with Miami Dade Transit to obtain a Maintenance Agreement <br />for the construction of the new sidewalk under the existing M-Path and with FPL to <br />upgrade the existing lighting system. <br /> <br />NW/NE 14TH STREET MEDIA ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT STREETSCAPE <br />IMPROVEMENTS <br />Client: City of Miami.
