Services have included <br />Construction Management, Quality Control, Estimating, and Materials Testing. The following is a list of <br />projects completed by CES at the Homestead Air Force Base: <br /> <br />K-SPAN Hangar Repairs <br />CES provided Construction Management services for the repair and restoration of seven hurricane- <br />damaged K-Spans, a project that required CES to do all of the following: <br />· Repair concrete bottoms of the door jambs <br />. Install new steel columns and beams <br />. Install new fire extinguishers and enclosures <br />· Replace chain hoist-operated galvanized slat roll up doors <br />· Coat bottoms of facility walls with anti-corrosion coating <br />· Repair damaged end walls with new metal framing studs <br />· Repair damaged electrical system M <br />. Lift booms and scissor lifts <br /> <br />Demolition of Air Force Base Facilities <br />In this project, CES demolished the following structures: <br /> <br /> <br />:it: <br /> <br />'" <br /> <br />. ;1 <br /> <br />~j, <br /> <br />Ib <br /> <br />tli <br /> <br />ifJI <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />BI <br /> <br /> <br />" .j; <br /> <br />Hangar Doors and Roll Up Doors <br />CES provided construction services for the HARB under two separate contracts to provide Inspection, <br />Maintenance, and repair services for Hangar Doors and Roll Up Doors at base. The project included <br />general maintenance as well as the creation of an inspection report with images and construction cost <br />estimates of any additional work. Comments about the condition of the hangar doors were also <br />included.
