Communication The CES Team has been assembled to provide the City of Sunny Isles Beach with a group of consultants with extensive experience in a variety of construction management projects, ranging from a small $1 million or less, to well over $1 billion in construction cost, providing civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, construction management, and cost engineering services. In a world of increasing scrutiny of expenditure of public funds, it is of extreme importance that first and foremost, the Consultant be cognizant of the need to perform its services in a cost effective and efficient manner. As client representatives in the oversight of construction and infrastructure development, we will serve as essentially the "first line of defense" in representing the City of Sunny Isles Beach. This responsibility extends not only to the oversight and administrative functions of the project, but also as representatives of the City of Sunny Isles Beach to the public, trade professionals, design consultants and regulatory agencies. Recognizing that the individuals assigned to this project will represent the reputation and public image of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, we have taken great care to identify staff with not only a high degree of technical expertise, but also with excellent communications skills and a keen understanding of our role serving the City of Sunny Isles Beach. Dealing effectively with all stakeholders is crucial to a successful project. Regular progress reporting with the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Residents and the Contractor will ensure continuous project tracking. Usually, in a construction site, it is the responsibility of the construction management team to develop and tailor a project specific, systematic plan for communication, information management and project controls. Although each unit of the team has a role in the communication network, it must be managed as a complete system. CES's systematic approach includes jointly developed set of communication protocols before the work begins. The development of the communication protocols is a collaborative process involving the key stakeholders.
