Quality & Safety The primary goal of every construction project is to end up with a high-quality product while staying within budget and on schedule. The CES team has the depth and breadth to provide the full range of required in-house construction consulting expertise to keep projects on track from inception through post-construction activities. Through all phases of a project, communication, strategic planning, cost estimating, scheduling, document management, and state-of-the-art technology will be used to effectively determine and regulate how the City of Sunny Isles Beach's time and funding are used and to ensure a successful build-out. We understand the need for and are prepared to provide resources with diverse professional backgrounds in architecture, engineering, general contracting, and construction management and inspection as required. Our seasoned professionals provide the broad perspective and experience to anticipate and avoid unnecessary setbacks throughout the life of a project. To meet the contract demands of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, we have put together a dynamic team of technical and support staff to ensure that completion of the projects is a success. The composition of the team is critical, particularly when addressing the many obstacles that are likely to arise during the course of construction. The CES Team's staff is comprised of individuals seasoned in many disciplines, sharing common goals of innovation and quality of work. Once awarded the project, to increase our understanding of key project issues, milestone, and possible constraints, our first course of action will be to meet with the City of Sunny Isles Beach, to clearly identify the short and long-term goals, and to establish an open line of communication with all stakeholders. The CES team is ready to report to work immediately on the City of Sunny Isles Beach projects. To add value to the services provided, CES requires new hires to complete a training program that includes a course on contract specifications and inspection requirements. These requirements include training in the following areas: Standard Specifications, daily reports, pay estimates, testing procedures, material quantities and tracking procedures, materials, timesheet completion, coordination procedures and as-builds. Additionally, CES provides the following safety training for our employees and assists our staff in keeping their certifications current. Our team has extensive experience maintaining cost engineering and cost estimating initiatives for projects from conceptual design to the project close out. Members of our team all have the latest electronic copies of Means guides, and have an in depth understanding of contracting methods and unit prices in the State of Florida.
