SECTION 01025 <br /> MEASUREMENT FOR PAYMENT <br /> PART 1 -GENERAL <br /> 1.01 SCOPE <br /> A. Payment for the various items of the Schedule of Prices, as further specified herein, <br /> shall include all compensation to be received by the Contractor for fumishing all tools, <br /> equipment, supplies, and manufactured articles, labor, operations, permit fees, licenses, <br /> taxes, insurances, bonds, overhead and retrofit, and incidental appurtenant to the items of <br /> work being described, as necessary to complete the various items of the work all in <br /> accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents including all appurtenances <br /> thereto, and including all costs of compliance with the regulations of public agencies having <br /> jurisdiction, including Safety and Health Administration of the U.S. Department of Labor <br /> (OSHA). No separate payment will be made for any item that is not specifically set forth in <br /> the Schedule of Prices, and all costs therefore shall be included in the prices named in the <br /> Schedule for the various appurtenant items of work. <br /> 1.02 SCHEDULE OF VALUES <br /> A. Submit schedule on Owner's Standard form, as outlined in Section 01152 - <br /> Applications for Payment. <br /> B. Reference paragraphs 2.6, 2.8 and 14.1 of Section 00700-General Conditions. <br /> 1.03 LUMP SUM <br /> A. Unless otherwise stated, payment for lump sum items will be based upon the <br /> completion of the entire lump sum item, complete in place, all in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the Contract Documents. <br /> 1.04 PAYMENT AND PERFORMANCE BOND <br /> A.
