Reuse existing embedment for attachment if possible or core <br />precast stair and install posts with compatible grout. Rails and posts to be <br />Type 316 brushed #4 satin finish. Hardware and fasteners are to be of <br />compatible material suitable for marine exposure. Include repair of concrete <br />in area of railing replacement NTE 3- 6 inch square areas.
