Leila is a registered architect and certified <br /> general contractor with a Masters degree in Business giving her unique and valuable qualifications. She recently <br /> completed the Village of Wellington Community Center and the City of Coral Springs City Hall which is about to <br /> Icelebrate its ribbon cutting. <br /> Among our CA services are: <br /> • Sales Tax Recovery Program <br /> • W/MBE and SBE participation and documentation. <br /> • Testing,inspection,and agency review coordination <br /> I ` • Project schedule monitoring <br /> IPhase VII:Post Construction and Occupancy <br /> Although not commonly practiced by most firms,we believe that providing a post-occupancy evaluation is vital <br /> I for the long term success of your new facility. This practice is part of our commitment to achieving excellence <br /> through a superior understanding of how a design functions long-term. We will ensure that you are furnished <br /> with the necessary record documents, warranties, and maintenance / operation program manuals.
