<br /> Ms. Floyd was project biologist for the Broward County Shore Protection Project. At APTIM, she worked on this
<br />project during the post‐construction phase of monitoring. She led field investigations and conducted monitoring on
<br />both the nearshore hardbottom and the artificial reef. She also assisted with ESA Section 7 Consultation and
<br />contributed to the preparation of an EA for NEPA compliance.

<br />Ms. Floyd has managed environmental services for coastal projects along Anna Maria Island since 2006. She
<br />managed all post‐construction hardbottom and artificial reef surveys, environmental data analysis and report
<br />preparation for the 2005/2006 Anna Maria Island Storm Repair Project and was responsible for all environmental
<br />permitting, agency coordination, UMAM preparation, development and implementation of environmental
<br />monitoring plan and environmental reporting for the 2011 Coquina Beach and City of Anna Maria Beach
<br />Nourishment Projects. She also assisted with the design, construction observation and monitoring of the mitigative
<br />artificial reef built to mitigate for anticipated impacts from the Coquina Beach nourishment. Ms. Floyd prepared the
<br />Environmental Assessment for the 2013/2014/2015 Central Beach Nourishment Project in compliance with National
<br />Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) requirements.

<br />Ms. Floyd has assisted Collier County with agency coordination, permitting, development of environmental
<br />monitoring plans, coordination and implementation of field activities, data analysis, and report preparation. She has
<br />performed biological surveys of natural hardbottom and artificial reef habitats including in situ identification and
<br />abundance of flora and fauna in support of the Collier County Beach Nourishment Projects. She has also prepared
<br />environmental documents in support of National Environmental Policy Act, Endangered Species Act Section 7
<br />Consultation, and Magnuson‐Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act in support of the beach
<br />nourishment projects.
