He has participated in beach profile surveys; offshore borrow area surveys, and large‐scale <br />geophysical sand searches. In addition, Mr. Walker has amble experience conducting topographic surveys with <br />conventional survey gear as well as Real Time Kinematic Global Positioning Systems (RTK GPS). He leads data processing <br />and reporting efforts producing permit required survey reports and maps. <br />19. The <br />work included verification of the NE 16th Avenue right‐of‐way as well as location of all improvements, overhead <br />utilities, and location, inverts, and material for storm and sanitary sewers. We performed all work under the direct <br />supervision of a Florida Registered Surveyor and Mapper. Mr. Walker was responsible for survey data acquisition <br />using RTK and Total Station system and assisted with data reduction and map preparation. <br />b. <br />(1) TITLE AND LOCATION (City and State) (2) YEAR COMPLETED <br />Miami‐Dade Annual Beach Profile Survey, Miami‐Dade, Florida PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONSTRUCTION (If <br />applicable) <br />2014 N/A <br />BRIEF DESCRIPTION (Brief scope, size, cost, etc.) AND SPECIFIC ROLE Check if project performed with current firm <br />Hydrographic & Topographic Surveyor ‐ APTIM has performed beach profile surveys on all of the County beaches <br />since 2004. APTIM has performed the permit required survey several times during our time under contract with the <br />County. APTIM utilizes state‐of‐the‐art survey technology to perform all tasks including RTK GPS, dynamic motion <br />compensators, and highly accurate digital sounders to ensure a top quality product for the County. APTIM has <br />performed the tasks within the allotted schedule and within budget. APTIM recently completed this survey in April <br />2014. Surveys were conducted at each FDEP R‐monument (R‐1 to R‐113) located at approximately 1000 foot <br />intervals throughout the project area. Additionally, we surveyed intermediate profiles from theoretical control <br />points at the halfway point between major monuments. APTIM surveyed 154 profiles station. We performed all <br />work under the direct supervision of a Florida Registered Surveyor and Mapper. Mr. Walker acquired all <br />hydrographic survey data using RTK, Motion Compensator, and Digital Echo Sounder as well as topographic data <br />collections using RTK GPS. He also assisted with data reduction and report preparation. <br />c. <br />(1) TITLE AND LOCATION (City and State) (2) YEAR COMPLETED <br />Broward County Mean High Water and Erosion Control Line, Broward <br />County, Florida <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONSTRUCTION (If <br />applicable) <br />2014 2011, 2015 <br />BRIEF DESCRIPTION (Brief scope, size, cost, etc.) AND SPECIFIC ROLE Check if project performed with current firm <br />Associates (JV) selected APTIM to provide survey services for the 2014 mean high water survey and preparation of <br />an erosion control line. APTIM surveyors performed the survey and prepared all required drawings, public notices, <br />and other platting items as required by Chapter 161.141 of the Florida Statutes. We performed all work under the <br />direct supervision of a Florida Registered Surveyor and Mapper. Mr. Walker was responsible for collection of survey <br />data using the RTK GPS system. He also assisted with data reduction and map preparation.
