<br />The Ciry of Sunny Isles Beach (the -City') intends to 3zcure the services of qualified, experienced
<br />and licensed contractor(s) (the _Contractor') with a minimum of five years expErience to provide
<br />Landscape Maintananze Services, in accordance with the terms, conditions and specificationz,
<br />contained In thi3 Invitation to Bid (ITB). It is the intent of this bid document that all work ,hall
<br />ra3ult In compliance with the contract documents and all regulatory requirements applicable to
<br />such service.
<br />The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tool,, qualified and cerriiien
<br />supervision, and other item, and services both necessary and Incldencal to ensure that ale
<br />Landscape Maintenance Services are performed In a manner that will maintain a Realtny lanaascape
<br />and present a neat, clean, and profes„ onal appearance of all parks, recreational racilides ansa Oeacrl

<br />Department of Transportation (FDO I ), Florida Department of Health (FDH), Natural Resources
<br />Conservation Service3 (MRCS), South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), and the Florida
<br />Deportment of Environmental Protection (FDEP). Primary Contractor, ,hall be required to follow all
