<br /> available to assist further with FEMA reimbursement issues.
<br /> Ceres will haul the debris to a TDSR site where it will be reduced by grinding and then transferred by "live
<br /> floor"or"walking floor" trucks with approximately 90 cubic yard capacity to a recycling yard for grinding and
<br /> conversion to mulch for recycling, or other method acceptable to the City.
<br /> Administration: All trucks would be placarded and certified by Ceres and City personnel, and each load
<br /> ,' would be ticketed by a City-authorized monitor. All loads will pass under an inspection tower and will be
<br /> "scaled" or"called" by a City-authorized monitor and the load call will be recorded on the load ticket.
<br /> Ceres will use its proprietary load ticket software that has been successfully used for twelve years on FEMA-
<br /> reimbursed projects. Daily reports will be issued by Ceres stating the amounts of debris hauled the types
<br /> of debris, and the zones from which the debris originated. Additional information will be provided by Ceres
<br /> as requested by the City. Ceres, with the City's prior approval, will make available updates to citizens
<br /> through internet access, including information on which areas have been cleared, and the proposed
<br /> schedule for future clearing of debris.
