Project Title: <br />City of Miami Gardens Livable Neighborhood Project, Miami Gardens, Florida <br />c. Description of Work performed, including the project location: <br />The Livable Neighborhoods Improvement Project is subdivided among four separate <br />sites; namely Garden Circle, Kings Garden I & II, Kings Garden III and Vista Verde. The <br />various project sites are all located within the confines of NW 183rd Street (Miami <br />Gardens Drive), NW 215th Street (County Line Road), NW 47th Avenue, and NW 37th <br />Avenue in the City of Miami Gardens, Florida. No storm water quality treatment or <br />quantity attenuation facilities were included in the initial developments, which are <br />apparent through the numerous drainage issues observed. The Livable Neighborhoods <br />Improvement Project includes approximately 222 total acres of land. The project <br />includes: 34,200 linear feet of roadway, 7,840 linear feet of sidewalk, 19,000 linear <br />feet of storm sewer, 151 drainage structures, the regrading of 22,500 linear feet of <br />swales, and the addition of 112 street lights, along with street trees and <br />landscape/hardscape. <br />d.
