areas adjacent to the Improvements. The Services shall consist of the <br />following tasks: <br />A. PHASE I. DESIGN AND PERMITTING <br />1. Task 1: Field Survey <br />• Horizontal control will be established relative to North American <br />Datum of 1983 (NAO '83) with the 1990 or newer adjustment, as <br />available <br />• Horizontal control points will be established for reference and <br />shown on the survey <br />• Survey will physically locate all above ground, visible <br />improvements within the project limits including curb grades and <br />driveway connections to existing pavements to facilitate custom <br />engineering design <br />• Survey baselines will be established, utilized for reference and <br />shown on the survey <br />• Cross-sections will be taken at 100 foot intervals and <br />significant break points throughout the project limits <br />• Trees 3 inches or greater at breast height (ABH) within the <br />corridor will be located and shown on survey <br />• Plan view elevations will be shown as relative to National <br />Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929 for facilitation of <br />Engineering Design <br />• All visible, above ground utilities will be located and shown <br />as well as those subsurface utilities marked by GAS utility <br />locates department on the surface <br />• Perform Survey Data Collection including utility type, size <br />material and depth for up to 30 vacuum excavation areas ("soft <br />digs") <br />• A Map of Specific Purpose Survey adhering to Florida Statutes <br />Chapter 472.027, Florida Administrative Code 5J-17 (Minimum <br />247 <br />
