Technical Standards for Surveying in the State of Florida) will be <br />created <br />2. Task 2: Utility Locates <br />Consultant will perform comprehensive Subsurface Utility <br />Engineering to identify all known existing Utility Facilities within <br />the project limits. The comprehensive SUE project report includes <br />the following subtasks; <br />• Initiation of Project Design Tickets through Sunshine 811 <br />• Establish direct contact with Utility Agency I Owners <br />(UAO's) as identified through Sunshine 811 Design Tickets <br />• Request and review Record Utility Information from UAO's, <br />including atlas and as -built records as available <br />• Perform Utility Surface Designating throughout project limits <br />to identify and mark the horizontal location of known <br />subsurface utilities <br />• Perform up to thirty (30) vacuum soft digs to positively <br />identify subsurface utility elevations at points deemed critical by <br />design staff. <br />• Coordinate with Survey Staff to ensure data accuracy <br />Post -Design follow up with UAO's to identify and address any <br />potential conflicts with existing facilities <br />3. Task 2A: Utility Verification Test Hole <br />Consultant will perform up to thirty (30) vacuum soft digs to <br />positively identify subsurface utility type, size, material and depth <br />at points deemed critical by design staff. <br />IM <br />
