4. Task 3: Preparation of Detailed Design Drawings {Gravity <br />Sewer) <br />Consultant will prepare detailed design drawings and technical <br />specifications under this task. <br />The following items will be undertaken: <br />• Perform hydraulic analysis of the proposed gravity sanitary <br />sewer system to ensure proper sizing for current and future <br />demands <br />• Analyze the sewer structure network and placement to facilitate <br />constructability <br />• Coordination with UAO's to ensure any new I proposed <br />facilities are considered and incorporated into the project (at <br />UAO's expense). <br />• Preparation of detailed design drawings to conform to <br />the project requirements <br />• Review of proposed plans and final conditions with Bal Harbour <br />Village <br />5. Task 3A: Preparation of Detailed Design Drawings (Sewer <br />Pump Station) <br />Consultant will prepare detailed design drawings and technical <br />specifications under this task. <br />The following items will be undertaken: <br />• Perform hydraulic modeling and analysis of proposed sanitary <br />lift station improvements <br />• Perform pump design analysis and select pump specifications for <br />compliance with environmental regulations <br />• Evaluate and design pump station system controls and <br />reporting features for compliance with environmental <br />regulations <br />249 <br />
