Task 4: Permits <br />Consultant will prepare and submit permit applications and <br />coordinate with the following entities to ensure acceptance and <br />approval; <br />• Miami -Dade County Health Department, <br />• Miami -Dade County Fire Department, <br />• Miami -Dade County DERM <br />• All regulatory departments and agencies as required. <br />The Village shall pay all permit fees. Drawings and specifications <br />will also be modified to conform to any comments these agencies <br />might have. <br />7. Task 5: Project Specifications and Bidding Documents <br />Consultant will prepare project general and technical specifications <br />and bidding documents to include identified permit requirements, <br />mechanical, electrical, pipe material, asphalt, concrete and related <br />construction specifications. <br />Consultant will prepare and make available all pertinent project <br />specification and bidding documents to the Village's pre -approved <br />contractors. <br />8. Task 6: Bidding Services <br />Consultant will assist the Village during bidding. GAS will solicit <br />250 <br />
